Ingredients

  1. Garlic πŸ§„
  2. Ginger
  3. LemonπŸ‹
  4. Tumeric
  5. H2O (water)
  6. 250 ml cup

Directions

  1. Grate one clove of garlic πŸ§„ into cup
  2. Grate ginger the size of the garlic clove into cup.
  3. Squeeze 2 Lemons πŸ‹ πŸ‹ into cup.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch 🀏 of Turmeric into cup.
  5. Fill up with boiling πŸ₯΅ water and mix together.

Dosage
Adults: Half cup after every 2 hours
Kids under 12: 20ml 6 times a day

NB: This is my own formula. You will burst your cells. Don’t over do it. Just take small amounts regularly every 30_40mins or so.

For pain you need pain killers

Remember: lemons can also cause heartburn.

But 1tablespoon ginger, 1tablespoon lemon and 2 tablespoon honey in warm a glass of warm water will help calm the stomach by reducing acid reflux and also a good anti-inflammatory.

Diet:

  • Chicken pieces with lots of veggies and beef also.
  • Let it be watery.
  • Eat potatoes, cabbage, carrots, spinach like a crazy person.
  • Sips of hot water with or without lemon every 20mins

What to do?

  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Call friends and family
  • Less news reading

And also, you may need a pulse-oximeter at home to check your oxygen levels if they drop below 95 then you go to the Hospital.
